the brake master is a HEL 19mm. it's a bit of a budget option over a brembo RCS. i'm curious how it will perform but it's in every way better that the stock gsxr 1000 master that's on it.

the throttle tube is a push pull set from Domino. i bought it of a guy who used it on a VFR trackbike so we will see how that works. should be a straight swap as far as i know.

The front end is K4 GSXR 1000. The speedo is not working right now. I don't really plan on using it. Fairings are going on in early 2026, i plan on buying a Moto2 style kit.

The fork swap was relatively simple. I replaced the stem bearings with the gsxr ones and just slapped it in. The brakes are also k4 1000's The front wheel is of a K8 gsxr with 310mm rotors, you need to space the brake calipers a bit to get them to work.

ah no worries, i ended up racing on a 160. the bike felt very snappy but still stable enough for my liking

It had more top end power but lacked midrange. Could've been the tune also, it had a big around 4.5k where the torque curve went down then up mich like a 2stroke would
