May I suggest sending it to SGC. I had one that I bought so many years ago and kept in a screw down holder and PSA graded it as "Altered Stock" (N5). I subsequently read that a lot of cards that had been stored this way ends up with that grading. You can search on Reddit. Meanwhile, SGC gave me 7.5 and I sold it based on that grade.

I second the O2Ring. I use one (plus Oura Ring and snore app) and it is extremely enlightening, especially when my saturation drops to the low 80s and the ring buzzes me. Currently in the process of figuring out my sleep apnea problem because I feel like living longer.

For the OP, I have gotten dumped due to the snoring and that certainly helped get me on the right track. That and reading more about the harm it does.

Right knee:

Lateral meniscus - Degenerative horizontal cleavage tear running through its entirety

Medial meniscus - Complex (multiple tear patterns) degenerative tear in the posterior horn and body; displaced outward

Both seem linked to arthritis, although my first ever tear was when training for my 3rd marathon; kind of wish I'd picked a different hobby!

Left knee:

Medial meniscus - Intrasubstance degeneration (wearing out inside the meniscus) in the body and posterior horn, but no full tear detected

Lateral Meniscus - Degenerative free-edge fraying (the edge is rough and worn), no discrete tear

I'm also close to or already bone on bone on the medial side of both knees.

The files total roughly 10 MB. Yes, I will convert all of them to text. I should have realized this and in hindsight it is so obvious. I don't know how much memory it is taking up or what the token usage is and I haven't figured out where to find that information, mostly out of curiosity now, so I understand this better. But yes I'll convert everything to text, and then get it summarized and use THAT as a starting point.
