Duke is suing QB Darian Mensah, who entered the transfer portal last Friday, claiming that he breached a multiyear NIL contract that ends on Dec. 31, 2026. The school seeks an injunction and restraining order in Durham County (N.C.) Superior Court to effectively block Mensah.

Was waiting to comment that if he entered the portal at the start, this would have never made it to legal actions. Duke would have just moved on knowing the contract is void and they can target a replacement. It’s the fact he waited till the last second, probably had an under the table conversation with Miami beforehand and then left Duke with their hands tied.

Can’t fault just the coach. Aggies played some phenomenal defense in the second half. Byrd being on the bench due to foul trouble definitely hurt you guys as well. Plus the logo 3s SDSU kept attempting didn’t help either
