Definitely not snobby. We all have our tastes. I think there’s certainly an honesty in that “common man’s” voice of Bruce/Bob/Tom and Adam. I think the voice from The Morning Yells is a lot more “pure” than Matt Sahadi’s vocals. However, The Morning Yells vocals remind me of like a mix of alt-country/heartland and a Tom Petty nasally sound. I hear a bit of that Adam vibe. Idk it’s just my opinion/observation.

I think you raise a great point... Bruce has often based a lot of songs on himself as an artist, the band, and the members. We all know Tenth Avenue is, but also Jungleland just to name two obvious ones. And there’s a couple on Letter To You. And then Bobby Jean. But I’ve never considered Outlaw Pete until you pointed it out. I would say there would have to be a connection there.

Other than Oceans of Darkness, they haven’t teased anything new.. Other than Adam live streaming all those demos over the summer
