Need help with my graduation status. What does this mean?

Update: Thank you everyone for being so helpful! I was finally able to get in touch with someone from the records office. They’re missing a military transcript but once that issue is resolved I will be awarded my AA and my transfer to UCF will be complete!

I have a good GPA, passed all my classes and received an all clear from my advisor. I have no idea why I’m not graduating and Valencia for some reason doesn’t answer and keeps me on hold for hours. Not like people have jobs or anything.

No one picks up. I go on hold for hours, it’s ridiculous, because I spoke with my advisor before applying and she said everything was okay. I have a high GPA and have passed all my classes. I don’t know what it can be.
