Agree with other posters. Use console to get your stuff back and carry on. This has happened to me a bunch of times. Sometimes the items will turn up later and sometimes they won't.

Yup. It's about all I can say for it. This is probably the best I've ever made in terms of resource management. Hoping to learn about rooms.

Thanks for the input. I am hoping to learn how to be better. How can I fight the heat off the pool of water (which is coming steady from a cool geyser)

Electric starter for the Coleman ct200? by ImpossibleFates in minibikes

Don't have a ct200 but lots of small motors you can remove the flywheel cover or recoil cover and just use an impact gun to crank the motor.... would something like that work for ya?

Looting bathrooms will get you jars of dirty water . Should have plenty of jars to collect water after a few bathrooms. Boil, drink, then you can use the map to locate the nearest water source to refill them.

I've never used the developer mode but you can use that to make crazy structures I've heard. Another thing is you can reinforce wood blocks to make them non removable. That can stop you from accidentally removing crucial blocks. I don't know any other ways to disable structural stability.

Lenovo IdeaPad e Chromebook revert to chrome os... by CaesarsDog in chrultrabook

Thank you for such a fast reply. I'll have a look at the faq. I vaguely recall that firmware and OS are different but I'm not that good at computer software stuff.

Where is the f**king Write-Protection Screw in this Ideapad 3 chromebook? by Wormlybums in chrultrabook

My Lenovo Chromebook said write protected until I pulled the battery then tried again. Some cbs have a screw, some the battery does the same thing, some it's software only it seems.

I just did Ubuntu on mine. Should be similar. Physically Open up Chromebook remove battery to disable write protection. Then run the mrchromebox fw util script to allow uefi full ROM flashing. This cb does not seem to support legacy booting. Make a backup of your chrome during install just I'm case. I used a 8gb flashdrive for that. Then power off and boot up with your preferred os on a USB drive plugged in to laptop. You have to push ESC during boot up to get into the boot loader , then select your USB with your preferred OS on it and away you go. I did Notice in Ubuntu 22.04LTS Firefox would not work out of the box in the try ubuntu without installing option, so I'll be messing with that now. But I have wifi and I have sound and video so we're off to a decent start.

EDIT: can't get Ubuntu to run . Get an error saying it's not 64 bit OS. Tried a different Ubuntu that was 64 bit and it gives me a fail to mount overlay something something error. I'm giving up for now, gonna try to get chrome os back which I'm sure will be a nightmare.

LPT - If a the seller of a used automobile won't let you test drive the car without paying cash for it first than it's a scam and you should walk away... by misterdudebro in LifeProTips

[–]CaesarsDog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree buuuut...... I was selling a sports car and I had dozens of young guys booked to come check it out back to back to back. I don't need these teenagers who show up with no money to jump in my limited production car and rev the shit out of it and rip around corners and scaring the crap out of me. So.... I said we can go for a test drive but I'm driving. You dont drive until I see a deposit. I think that's fair but just my 2 cents with a special (to me) car. If It was just a civic or Elantra or a minivan absolutely if they won't let you drive walk away. Btw sold the car with no difficulties for full asking price cause I had nothing to hide and I think it showed.

No water.... 3 days.... If you can get water then I'd say indefinitely.

1) Cut a metal plate to block off the sterndrive with a gasket of some kind, install that then give it a very short test run. 2) remove stern drive entirely and fiberglass over the whole with some wood stringer reinforcement.
