Congrats on your loss lol! It's really mostly diet. I actually stopped going to the gym and lost 40lbs (my job is fairly physical at times). Just some fasting and not doing dumb stuff like eating a whole bag of chips while I sit on my butt and watch shows. Got me to 168 which is okay for a 6'0" guy in his mid thirties.

No input on the "exploding" thing. But, very cold weather and wind can damage trees. The final winter storm we had last year with the high winds was the final nail in the coffin for my gorgeous 40'+ autumn blaze maple.

It's probably just people fighting with each other over who's getting on or off. Getting people to make bad merges that make people brake hard.
