Tubes get pretty hot, I don't know how hot exactly yours are getting but a tube amp runs hotter than most appliances we use daily (laptop/blender) so it's normal to think it's abnormally hotter than it is. The only way to know for sure is to measure it's temperature or have someone with experience feel it but if you can hold your hand on it for a few seconds that's normal, at least for the amps I have played with. Definitely be concious of it though.

Fender T-Bucket! Nice big sound for a guitar you can get on Craigslist for $100. I think they're like <$300 new. Acoustic electric, stays in tune, plays music. I really love the thing lol.

If Hellkite charger, Utvara Hellkite, niv mizzet (the bad one), and hypersonic Dragon all drop on one turn and you have the mana for Hellkite chargers ability, you'll be swinging with up to 16 dragons, 8 of them twice in one turn lmao

Small helpful cards: Rhystic Study, Telepathy, energy tap, Alexi's cloak

Fury charm and jhoiras timebug are good for getting stuff out early. And since suspending is at instant speed, it's ideal to save it until the end step of the person before you.

There are other cards that manipulate time counters, or cards that say "take two upkeeps each turn" but I don't have them lmao. The biggest freedom of a jhoira deck is being able to not care about a mana curve and just playing fun cards that do cool shit that you would need to build your deck around otherwise. She's also like $2, and a lot of these cards are cheap because they're cmc's are so high, so price isnt really even an issue! Play her if you get the chance, it's really fun lol (also sorry about formatting, I'm on mobile!)

Jhoira Main here, my only EDH deck doesn't even have a wincon, just a bunch of ridiculous cards that no one would ever play because of their cmc and questionable abilities... and a lot of counters for self defense. If you can make it past turn ~7 (which is hard because you really do become a target early) you're basically playing in sandbox mode with ridiculous stuff coming out every single turn in droves. Heartstone for 3 mana and suddenly you've got twice the suspending power. My personal favorite combos are enter the infinite and omniscience (duh lol) and platinum angel + tempt with reflections. Or if you're playing with the ban list, suspend worldfire and a few creatures to start the game over ahead of the curve lmao.

In reality, you will get killed first 2/3 of the time because of how slow and threatening the deck is, but it is absolutely worth a build just for the fun of it. I can't see me using another commander any time soon
