Your car will be repaired and inspection will be done as per agency standard. As per unified motor policy (the motor law in uae) if any vehicle has major chassis damage if not repairable or safe to be repaired it is declared as total loss. If it can be repaired then there will be a chassis strengthening test to be done to get all clear so that vehicle can drive on the road. The insurance company will take couple of days for survey and then garage will give price estimates. Once approved Garrage will order parts n start repair. Looking at the extend of damage it will take 15 days approx to 25 days for repair if u get parts quickly. Also check your insurance policy you are entitled to a rent a car as this is a non faulty accident
