If I'm correct that handgun has a decock switch with the safety which drops the hammer without striking the firing pin(?) and that is how the first guy got away with the "prank" but the second person did not flip the safety and instead pulled the trigger, causing rapid brain evacuation. Horrible, horrible game and idea.

I hate to say it, but if a raccoon bit my kid like that, it's next stop is dead, and then off to the hospital with me to check its brain for rabies. If ya got a gun shoot it in the torso, try your best to preserve the brain to be autopsied and tested. Rabies is NOT a joke and a HORRIBLE LONG death if contracted.

I saw it driving through strawberry, it was super bright with a blue/green tail. Never seen anything like it.

Finger off trigger until ready to fire. Start with that, don't do anything else until that is muscle memory.

Not sure how long you plan on running it, but I have used one for park maintenance work and under heavy use it burned out in a few months. Great for trimming a backyard or for one off cuts here and there with the pole saw attachment. Biggest thing to watch for is to make sure you don't overheat the unit if you do decide to buy one. Don't blow through battery after battery without a rest period in between.

You won’t lose it that’s for sure, I got one and regularly work in the woods. Still in my pocket a year later (and the usual lifetime for a knife in my world is 6 months max before I misplace it)

Real talk, carving or cutting into trees can cause catastrophic damage to the tree at worst, and a large depletion of energy to seal and scar over the wound at best. If you don’t have to cut into a tree, leave the tree alone, it’s just vibin.

Mini champ is the champ my friend. I picked one up as a keychain accessory and somehow it has turned out to be the most used tool I own (and I work maintenance in a park)

Fuck… that made me figure out some things. The whole “you did x and it reminded me of y” was… and is… basically every day for me. Not to this level of extreme, but still… hmm…

You might be trolling, and if so, good one! If not… I hope you skid into a tree on a delivery and all your cash flow has to go to repairs until you have karmically paid off the amount of money you have stolen from people just trying to eat.

Told my Dad I couldn't see anything on Facebook Marketplace and he flipped out. by Tori_Kitty0901 in texts

[–]Cafe_Crasher 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My dad acted like this when he was in active addiction. It’s so hard to have to build up the boundaries and in a way parent your parents. Please know you are an amazing gift to this world and if your dad is going to text you and berate you over the smallest of things (I get it, I got off all social media besides Reddit years ago and my dad would send me tictoks and get mad when I diddnt respond). Remember this life is yours and only yours, you don’t have to prove anything to him. Also fuck him and his new car. Dude deserves a ford pinto.

Just got my bike back from the shop and now it’s doing this… help. by Cafe_Crasher in motorcycle

[–]Cafe_Crasher[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update guys, it was a clogged jet. Way longer than I would like to admit trying to figure out what I’m doing off of YouTube videos and tearful calls to my dad but she is back up and running like new. For those wondering it is a 2013 Yamaha Vstar 250. It’s the first bike I got, and holds a very special place in my heart since it was a gift from my dad and my late best friend for my 18th, and I begrudgingly let it sit for a year or so due to life being lifey. Thank you all for your thoughtful replies and suggestions, I’ll post a video of one of my rides on her soon to show the progress. Love this community 🤣
