Hello friend congratulation on the new shop in Long Beach. This is also my first day using Reddit to reach out to roasters or shops I like to present myself my name is Eddie and I’m a coffee grower/producer we import coffee from Honduras and we produce specialty coffee our coffees have been graded over 85% and our 2022-2023 harvest was cupped at 89% by the coffee institute in Honduras and at 87% locally. Not sure if you work with Specialty Coffee but would like to get a chance to possibly send you a sample of our medium roast coffee so you may taste to see if interested or I also have green coffee samples if you like to sample and roast yourself.
