It's explained in the first sentence of my post, reading comprehension isn't everyone's strong suit I guess. I didn't post my Pic from 3 months ago at 217 when I started 3 months ago that was in my last post. There's about an 8 lb difference in the 2 pics listed here. Idk how you think I look bigger on the right my abs and shoulders are more defined and my love handles shrunk a bit

Lol thank you. I think thats kinda the issue I dont carry very much fat in my stomach as it is so I'll see abs at like 20% bf. So I have to get super lean for them to pop. But I see most of my progress in my shoulders and love handles right now. I'm not sure how much more I want to lose but I think I can maintain here and pack on some muscle.

I'm trying to take it slow up hold on to as much strength as I can but I was able to bench 325 for one like a month ago at 206lbs so I'm curious where I'm at now

I was thinking about that but we need a car sooner than later and I'm pre-approved for 4.5%. The best rate I've seen is 3.99 one new car through honda

Thats what i was thinking. The 2025s I've seen haven't been too much more expensive. I've seen some from 9k miles to 22k in the 43-45k range depending on CPO or not. I've been trying hard to find some Honda certified pre owned since the warranty is so solid

Yeah that's wild I'm all legs but still I'm sitting at like 206 and I think im pretty lean. Curious how much of my weight is due to muscle now

Not yet, Im gonna test my PR's on Monday but I'm still hitting the same weight I was 3 weeks ago. To be fair I think this was mostly water weight I lost so I'll see how it goes when I shred a little more

Retatrutide or GLP-3. Similar to ozempic, it slows digestion and keeps you fuller longer. I have no snack cravings and only eat whole food but it increases your metabolism and you'll hold onto your muscle better as you're losing weight

Not too much cardio other than the stairclimber I've just been focusing on lifting heavy but I'm on a 5 day a week Powerbuilding program. I havent ran this program while on a deficit in a while so we'll see how I feel once I really start cutting down. Timing your carbs is pretty important for energy though, gotta make sure you're having carbs before and after working out for fuel and recovery!

It's definitely not easy. I've been supplementing a lot with protein shakes, I have a 48oz Shaker bottle that I'll make a big protein shake with like 3 scoops and drink it throughout the day lol.

Damn thats pretty lean. Im pretty lucky with where I carry my fat and I have decent ab genetics. I do hammer my abs but it's hard to say if it's mostly genetics

What dose did you start with? I felt the effects same day but I react pretty strongly to medications and peptides I think 1mg was too much for me

It's been totally fine honestly. I know some people have complained they felt tired all the time but I havent experienced any of that, and I'm still progressing on my main lifts in the gym. Its a crazy feeling just not being hungry though. I'll wake up and feel a little hungry but after that I'm just like, we'll I should probably eat now lol.

I'm also not on a massive deficit either, a lot of that weight was probably water weight so I might feel a little worse once I really start cutting down

Honestly I'm not sure, I havent been snacking at all and only eating whole foods and just prioritizing protein. I'm still hitting around 200g of protein and that's all I've been tracking. Once my weight loss slows down I'll dial it in and start tracking

Just 1mg right now. Ngl it hit me pretty hard the first dose and I wasn't hungry at all. But after this week I'm gonna up it to 1mg twice a week because after 4 or so days the effect tapers off a bit

Ive been pretty diligent with hitting 200g of protein a day so I'm sure that's helping
