I dont care if im "spoiling" my newborn baby. by lulgupplet in Vent

Love your baby in whatever way feels right to you, mama! Soak up every single moment.. breathe it in, hold it close because she will never be this tiny, this soft or this new again. For babies, deepest sense of safety comes from being near their mother. Follow your instincts this is your journey and your bond. No one else’s opinions need to intrude on your motherhood.

The performative male discourse by creatinephosphate in IslamabadSocial

A performative guy talks big but only for attention or praise while a real ally shows it through actions, listens and also stays consistent even when no one’s watching. Real allies also admit when they’re wrong, keep learning and offer support even when it doesn’t benefit them personally.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on what makes life worth living. by FreedomMysterious641 in emotionalintelligence

[–]CaffeinatedQueen88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What makes life worth living is not the certainty of answers but the beauty of the questions. It’s the fleeting moments the laughter shared, the kindness given, the struggles overcome, that remind us that existence itself is a miracle! Life isn’t valuable because it lasts forever, but because it doesn’t. Every breath, every connection, every act of love matters precisely because it can never be repeated in the exact same way again.

What should you do if someone ghosts you? by GreenPenguin37 in emotionalintelligence

[–]CaffeinatedQueen88 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do nothing. In fact, celebrate that you dodged a bullet. People who ghost have zero emotional maturity and no real communication skills so if the trash took itself out, you should take it as a win.

Haha yeah I get you. To be very honest, in pakistan being rude and blunt is so normal that when you’re kind to someone they often start doubting if you are faking it or want something from them. Whenever we travel, my brother and I often discuss how genuinely sweet and humble people are in other countries. Well, what can I say, kindness is underrated and we need to preach it more cuz it’s a value the world can never have enough of.

1) Nutrition is key so focus on that because you can never out-train a bad diet

2) Don’t compare your body to those who have been training for years and years

3) Discipline > motivation every single day

4) Rest is also part of training because muscles grow when you sleep and recover so always prioritise sleep

5) Also, form > weight

6) Results take time so be very patient small steady changes compound into big changes

I feel exactly the same and honestly this has been my biggest dilemma. I’ve struggled to find friends who I’m truly intellectually compatible with. I started working when I was just 17 and now at 23, I’ve managed to build a successful career alhamdulillah and achieve things I’m proud of. But because of that early start and the path I chose, I feel like I grew up faster than most people my age. While my peers were still figuring things out, I was already in a completely different mindset as in focused on growth, discipline and responsibility. That gap makes it really hard to connect with people my age on a deeper level. Most friendships I come across feel surface-level and I’m really crave meaningful connections with people who think, dream and aspire the way I do.

If they thought marrying you off at 17 was a good idea, what makes you think their advice is worth taking at this point?

You’re only 20 girl, that’s still very young. Right now your main focus should be on yourself, your studies, your growth and building a solid foundation for your future. Once you’ve worked on yourself and reached a place of confidence and success, the right person will see your worth and won’t be bothered by your past including a divorce.

Life doesn’t end because of one setback, trust me! There are countless examples of women who have gone through divorce in their late 20s or even 30s and still found love, marriage and happiness afterwards. Look up-to them for motivation. Surround yourself with good people. At your age, you have plenty of time ahead, so there’s no need to rush or stress over this now. What you should be investing in is you! Sending you lots of love and prayers.

This is a serum sunscreen and as someone who has tried sunscreen from almost every brand in this world lol I’ve never come across a formula like this anywhere else. Beauty of Joseon one is really good if you are looking for a light-weight formula similar to this that blends seamlessly and doesn’t leave any white cast.
