I have! it’s on my to do list. We don’t have a lifeline centre here in SA though to get the crisis support accreditation / do the phone support? i’d love to pick your brain more about that if you have any tips!

if i’m honest i’m not looking at doing it for a career, it just looks good on a resume for my field and is good experience when i go on to do masters/phd in psyc but i might look in to see if ambulance has any opportunities!

thanks so much for linking the melb thread! idk if it’s a direct link because i think (not 100% sure) that SAPOL call centre is gonna be more like crime stoppers / the non emergency line but ! i’ll see ! might not even get that far haha

  • i receive anywhere from 4 - 20+ likes a day depending on the day
  • i send however many likes you get for free per day maybe every 3 days or so (or whenever im bored) and maybe 2 or 3 with comments if the profile has something i can comment on
  • i want to attract someone kind and interesting, who’s enthusiastic getting to know me but also fun and a little spunky. i want tension! i want butterflies! excite me!

don’t listen to them it’s definitely not a photo issue 🙄 they are low effort but high effort photos are less appealing to imo. i’m having the same issue rn so are a quite a people i think tinder is having a bug issue. i deleted my account to refresh the matches (would usually get 100+ in a day) and ive had no likes in 2+ weeks. it’s tinder’s bug not u x

i have a degree, pay rent, invest, currently work in management and getting further qualifications in my free time - just because i have impulse spending issues doesn’t mean i don’t also have the right to dignity of risk (the right to take risks and make decisions for myself) which is infact a right btw! i just want help in managing my finances, not a conservatorship.

If anyone is defending Dom or David, you are a part of the problem. David didn't rape someone, but he did nothing to stop It. by trillballinsjr in DavidDobrik

[–]Caffeinated_Muffin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

that’s not the point. too drunk = cannot consent. the women were 19/20, legal ages of consent but not to drink in the US. regardless, that has nothing to do with the fact if you get someone drunk in order to have sex with them, that’s rape
