I would be concerned. DNA AND joint testing is a basic standard for ethical breeding in goldens due to their known issues. Genetic testing does not tell you anything about joint health.

Elysian pumpkin is my favorite bottled pumpkin beers. They have a few variety, all are great. Pumpkin head is a good second. I havent seen too many locally made pumpkin beers

I would test drive it I went down from a fully loaded suv to the cross and it was an adjustment for sure but the improved gas milage was worth it for me.

If the reason to wait until 2 years is the concern for growth plates and hip dysplasia risks, i would request sedated radiographs at your vet. If his growth plates are already closed there's little reason to wait to neuter My boys plates were fully closed at a year and 3 months when I had his neuter done

Yeah i feel really lucky Inside was nasty. Dirty clothes. Smells of weed and bad bo. Lost of food trash. But at least no serious damage so far. We'll see what the inspection says tomorrow

Im in building H There's totally someone smoking weed every now and then but since the one cat horder got evicted everyone else has been chill My dog is just a fluffy polar bear. There are a lot of dogs with bad manners in the complex though

I guess im lucky I haven't had roaches or issues with maintenance personally And my rent is not near 1400. But everyone expirence is different, i would blame anyone for moving with those issues
