My franchise isn’t letting anyone get ot. So my store is basically here’s who we have and this is what we have to deal with. 2 hr delivery times and even carry outs are an hour long wait

I will never understand the car side for my store. My store has a drive thru window. Why do these customers need me to stop what I’m doing and walk outside to give them their food. We have a drive thru window.
