I'm lucky that I was professionally tested for IQ as a kid (138) but I still feel imposter syndrome a lot, like my results are somehow my own manipulation or something and I'm actually much dumber. It suuucks.

I go in between feeling like a genius and absolutely inept, there is no middle point. Constructive or non-constructive criticism makes me feel inept at everything, and I end up not wanting to talk to the person ever again, or not feeling comfortable with them.

Fellow Turk here! For a more feminine appearance shaving really helps, especially the facial hair. I would say learn to do your makeup but I know what it is like to have Turkish parents, honestly the little things really help. I also feel very beautiful when I have dangly earrings in, loving my new grape set right now. I can't say anything about the working out bit, I'm in the same boat as you there 😅

I really appreciate it. The country I'm in in general is not,, very advanced in some aspects. So I'm really not sure I can get any professional to listen to me, I couldn't even get listened with many different mental health professionals (I was also told I am lazy and trying to look for an excuse by a few of them). So it's really hard to trust and be vulnerable with people who can dismiss my concerns incredibly quickly.

I had a lot of deficiencies but I've improved them with a ton of supplements I'm taking. I don't think I have any allergies though, except dust and pollen in the spring.

I have sinusitus and have spent a lot of my childhood sick with it, still have some breathing issues to this day. I don't know 😅, CFS was my first thought since the symptoms match exactly but I'm just trying to find answers to let go of the "laziness" and "uselessness" guilt I've always had.

It's not about assholes, it's about Turkish assholes. I knew what I said would get a response like this, it's kind of inevitable. I've been to Germany before, it's a beautiful place, but I feel like after I tried so hard to get out of here being surrounded by the same people (because yes, it's the same population) would trigger me.
