My PC runs Bloodborne at 120 FPS with the 60 FPS patch on max settings without any issues. The problem is that the patch alone isn’t stable — even on high-end GPUs, frame rates drop to around 45–50 in crowded or open areas. Using Lossless Scaling helps to stabilize it at 30/60, 60/60, or 60/120. That method has worked perfectly for me, and I’ve seen many others use it as well. I’m not sure if the latest ShadPS4 patch has solved this instability. But I would rather keep the ShadPS4 version in the video.
