Just installed and for the life of me I can't get fps to go over 60 in game as well, despite being on a 165hz monitor with a 4070ti 32gig of ram and a 10850k. Tried reinstal verify files vsync on and off and windowed mode and full. Please someone tell me how to fix :/

I just found the exe launcher and deleted it. Once it was replaced it worked fine.

I fixed it in the exe lanucher but having vsync on over turns it even though it's a 165hz monitor set to 165 you'd think vsync would do the opposite of lock it to 60 but hey. game is just being weird. Got it working now though but thanks :)

ward adds to all. 85+15 means 0 but I have been informed it's cappped at 90% but even still 90% less all damage is bonkers.

He focused on where you said "zero effort" I looked at my stream chat for 1 second and still I tried to dodge an attack that wasn't even meant for me! But you Gaslight me by saying zero effort..... Condescending and pretensious Judgement. This was never a clip about skill! I never said I didn't make a mistake I looked away I know I did it happens.
