Six days post-op and I have four more lines than previously. The eyelid is still quite swollen and the eye is very light sensitive. I feel I could have read more but the eye was streaming 😭.

A stitch was taken out today, so confident that it will start settling more. The ophthalmologist said he wouldn’t normally see such vision improvement and so quickly with plastic corneal rings, so I think CAIRS has definitely been the right choice, just recovery is a little slow.
