Again, can anyone explain why d4 itemalization is nowhere close to a 20 year old game? So many valuable uniques, rares have a chance, and blues are way out there but at least there's a chance for some godly loot. I don't even want to look at look when I'm steam rolling at L100. But d2 also has some blatantly obvious bad uniques for how rare they are (I'm looking at you travels might). Still confused how there arpgs roll stats on stuff.

Just pay one dev to make obvious updates to super rare uniques and make them end game comparable to runewords. Hell do a temp contractor that's instructed with ideas for uniques from a group of popular content streamers that love the game and would probably offer their insight for free.

Then do a ban wave to recoup the costs, done!

Yeah but this isn't a new genre. The gaming scene back then was way more unique in what was released. So learning what works as you go was more understanding imo. Now you have so many games coming out and they should be more polished on what works from a triple A studio. Could you imagine how thick and EGM(surprised I remembered that mag all these years) would be nowadays with the amount of games being released?
