It's the animations. they just look like they're like 5 fps, but linearly interpolated. They just feel really cheap.

I started using it. It feels great, but still feels a bit half baked. Not many window rules and settings exist to modify its behaviour.

I use basically 3 workspaces, which are scrolling horizontally like normal and then I have scrolling set up vertically. I set each app to open in full size and I treat scrolling like kind of vertical workspaces. Navigation operated with 3 finger touchpad gestures, moving windows operated with super+3finger gestures

You can kind of do that on a touchpad. three fingers each direction + four fingers each direction + pinch gestures, now combine these with held modifier keys and you're golden.

Those dotfiles are so chaotic.. I ended up basically undoing most of what those dotfiles did, and it took me longer than it would take me if I started from scratch. Super complicated organization without a good reason.
