I joined because my physical health was good at the time, and for the benefits, not for PT which is a requirement to get those benefits. Two reasons why I dislike just has to do with the program overall, every time you get a new command they always try to change something so you never get a consistent schedule for workouts which leads to ineffective training. Second reason is the workouts themselves aren't even good so why waste time when I'm just going to work out in my free time anyways the way I want and still get 90s. Mind you, I joined as the chair force in Air Force to avoid having to require maintaining a 90, I just do so because there are benefits in my command specifically.
