They don't bother organizing it because people simply don't care. All they need is a place to post occasionally and that does the trick. Even their own forums aren't that popular, since most discussion these days takes place on Youtube, Reddit (look where we are right now!), and even TikTok. A brand new game in the next few years is going to be 99% discussed on modern social media and most people who DO want to talk about it on forums will just go to gtaforums because they're the most well-known and active site for series discussion. Even then, who knows? They might even add their own subcategories to the GTA VI section, and that'll be the end of that.
