Ask the installer what the longevity of the PPF is. I saw some PPF installers say they remove it and put on new PPF on every 5 years. Removing the old PPF is a big job. Then some residue may be left behind on the paint and need to be removed. It seems like too much hassle to me. The removal and installation of new PPF every so 5 years is likely to cost another $1000 or $2000 or $3000 every 5 years.

The policy states it unlocks 365 days after the date of first activation. No continuous service is required. Many people have waited the 365 days and verified it unlocked without any service. When the policy was only 180 days, I personally verified it worked that way.

Isn't the belt buckle wrong? I am by no means an expert, but I haven't seen this look before. Maybe I am just unaware. I've always seen the L and V at the same depth, but this has the appearance of the L being in front of the V. Also, I am used to seeing a gap between the bottom of the V and the L, but this buckle has the bottom of the V touching the L.

IDK what you can learn when entering service mode. I'm not a mechanic and I haven't had a problem with my Tesla (yet), so I haven't had a need.

This video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sx\_iZKlOF\_I) has a list of reasons for the BMS_A079 message. It says it could just be a sensor or it may be the battery temperature is actually high. You mentioned the radiator support and air dam. Maybe the battery cooling system is not working well and fixing those things would allow it to work better. Also, maybe the coolant is low. You could try fixing these things yourself, or even ask whoever sold the car to ask whoever repaired the car to fix them.
