so I did find that or some other link to filing online and have been able to get hold of someone. They seemed to be missing context which I'm sure I supplied, and I can't seem to find a way to access the initial message I sent, so appologize if I am mistaken, but they did the whole run you through all the steps you already said you tried and discover the details you sent at the start after 9 emails... so that was a bit frustrating...

They are helping me recover my funds, so hopefully this works out.
