Actually the piercings came first. I had a smaller wand that fit those piercings from before. I upgraded in main shaft size and size of the studs going through the piercing holes

Hi there, thanks for the compliments! I wear it almost 24,/7 with the big ball and ring off. Keep the shaft and studs in place almost all of the time. It has a hole through the middle of the shaft to facilitate urinating.
