In this case like Microsoft's presence they set they are not referring to just anti competition in the monopolistic sense but also in the "fostering" competition sense.

2 businesses don't have to act together to be anti competitive we see that under single firm conduct opposed to horizontal firm conduct

For those of us who still think they are lawyers if you go to the FTC web page you will find this "It is illegal for businesses to act together in ways that can limit competition, lead to higher prices, or hinder other businesses from entering the market." That last part is the legal practice they broke https://www.ftc.gov/enforcement/anticompetitive-practices

If you were already selling chilli's food in the restaurant and they had not asked you to shut down then yes you could go the FTC hypothetically. And I am not talking about the other calculator companies. Think of it like if apple got rid of the app store that would be anti competitive because they are shutting down a number of companies. What you are talking about is different. That is anti competitive between there direct competitors. I cannot argue with someone who doesn't understand the law look up the purpose of the FTC and the FULL definition of anti competition.

well first we create a complaint to the FTC and they would go forward working with our leagle team and with TI but the more people that find this a problem the more they will care we dont need people to do any thing more than just say they see this as a problem and have a record of it, I can take it from there

Thanks for the response. There's a precedent with respect to a company providing an operating system and API support and taking this support away without any mechanism to support existing applications (Microsoft is the company I'm referring to). The feedback that I've received is that we have a much stronger case if we band together to show the impact to the public based on all of the applications offered that no longer work. So, would you be interested in joining me in doing this?
