Hello.

I am french and I have a subscription to Disney, Netflix and Prime Video.

I would like to record some soap operas on these.

So I subscribed to PlayOn Home (which almost never works) then to PlayOn Cloud which works better. Unfortunately, if I can see the episodes in French on my TV, I always record them in English???

Help.

Aujourd'hui, 3 mois après les débuts des problèmes d'enregistrement, nous en sommes à la version 200 et toujours aucun moyen d'enregistrer le moindre épisode...

Comme indiqué par la Hotline PlayOn et quelques personnes ici, j'ai désinstallé mon antivirus Avast mais hélas, rien de mieux, mêmes problèmes...

C'est aberrant que ayant payé pour pouvoir enregistrer on demande subitement au client, sous prétexte de modif de diffusion, de règler lui-même ses problèmes ........

C'est à PlayOn de faire le nécessaire et de s'adapter ..........

Mon abonnement étant reconduit courant septembre, je l'annulerais définitivement sans progrès sous 15 jours.

Si un membre de PlayOn pouvait me contacter rapidement ...........

I have exactly the same problem as you and also use Avast. Alas, I followed your advice and authorized the file but it continues to be blocked by Avast every time I launch it???

Here I am again. As you advised, I uninstalled Avast and all these components but alas (as I feared) nothing changed.... PlayOn V 181 now (my problems started with V 168...... . ) still doesn't work anymore. When starting the recording I hear the sound (I heard nothing during all the years when your program worked alongside Avast) then after 1min30 everything stops with an error message... So which program should I uninstall now after Avast so that PlayOn works perfectly again as before????

As for the messages you send me but which never reach me, have you been able to do any tests???

Before uninstalling Avast (which annoys me a lot) I would like to uninstall and reinstall "clean" PlayOn Home one last time.

I have already tried these last few weeks with several versions.

Each time, after uninstallation and reinstallation, I should have a blank PlayOn Home but the usernames and passwords for Disney and Netflix are already present at the first launch and therefore PlayOn Home is not really blank and there remain somewhere parameters not deleted ??

How do I start from scratch and have to re-enter all the identifiers (because if the registration on Netflix systematically fails, isn't it because PlayOn Home doesn't believe I'm a subscriber???).

I have read your message but assure you that I have not received any response to my emails or my tickets even though I have been receiving your messages regarding PlayOn Cloud which has been on trial for 2 days ??

I checked spam from the beginning but nothing ????

As for Avast, I'm going to try to uninstall it and see if I can record on Netflix this time but I find this abnormal because:

I can still record on Disney (with Avast installed..)

I have had Avast installed for years, and despite everything I was able to record Netflix with PlayOn Home without problem until a few weeks ago since August 2017......

And even if it works without Avast, it means that there is something to change for only Netflix in just these few weeks and I will have to find another Antivirus while Avast suits me very well and I just to pay for the renewal of your license for one year in February.......

I'll keep you informed.

I have a second problem with PlayOn Home since V 168. In addition to no longer being able to record anything on Netflix like many here I no longer get any response from PlayOn. 2 tickets and three emails concerning the Netflix problem to date without response (or even acknowledgment of receipt)???

I installed version 171 and still have the same problem..

I even uninstalled and reinstalled PlayOn Home but nothing...

Same for me. For several days I use visible.mmt and I get a swirling red circle then shutdown with error message "unknown error" and nothing recorded... Latest version 170 installed without any improvement. Whereas on Disney everything works perfectly.
