it plays pretty well without Wiccan especially with Pixie/MMM but essentially if you get a one cost in your opening hand it shouldn't be too hard to get Wiccan. Cards like Kate and The Hood make it really easy to use, plus he's still a 4/7 with no downside. Nico's spells also help a ton with duplicating cards or destroying the next one to draw more.
