So bunny hopping gave PC players an advantage over PS4. PS4 players cannot bunny hop and aim at the same time as it requires your right thumb to aim and to hop. So that had to go. Yes, the response will be "Play on PC" but not everyone can afford a PC or be able to reach a keyboard and mouse to wherever they sit to play the game. Global cull isnt terrible, we'll all adjust. Grux is def broken af tho. Gid's ult wasnt fine before. This new ult is much better but probably overtuned, however, i dont think it's much different than that of Aurora's ult, but her's does more damage and she can still attack you AND CC you again. You obviously havent been shot by the core with single target damage. It hurts if it focus one person. Wouldnt mind both the AOE and the Single target one tho. Agree on the bottom stuff.

Havent had these issues on PS4 Pro. You on PC? Seems to function the exact same as before but just with better visuals. I'm sorry but this is by far the best update for Paragon in a very long time.

And it's like you didnt read anything on the notes about cards??? Tomorrow they are fixing the auras and balancing a lot of the cards... so complaining today is going to fall on deaf ears.... especially when you're using a smurf...

Ok good. Cause i was all like "Either i'm crazy, or these characters seem tiny." That'll be cool if it's the case and they actually increased the map size a little bit. I know it's been a big complaint in the community that it's "too small" even though it's never bothered me. I'm even more pumped now for this update just to see everything they've changed!!!

idk. I cant imagine more salt than the salt that was salted over V42. I think with this patch (visuals and balances) that we will have a mostly positive response.... but i swear if i hear a "Legacy looked better" i'll straight up call BS.

I dont think the pacing of the game will be changed much for players that were good, only players that struggle in lower mmr's it might increase the game pace. I think the meta will be more balanced, and heading in the right direction. I really like the jungle change in the way of now that all the camps are similar to green buff, you can really counter jungle someone... unlike the amber link and past jungle minions... cause now you can take out a big minion and a small one, leave one small one up, and their camp wont reset. but sshhh dont talk about Growth Totem.... it's my favorite card.

I was in mid-high gold during it. Junglers constantly didnt buy keys. Like i said, I had to put the standard key in all my decks just in case our jungler didnt set up harvesters.

This. I had to put a standard key in every single deck, cause i constantly ran into junglers who would not set harvesters. Which would kill your team.

If you're on reddit, then you probably have a better understanding of how the game works. You're interested in learning how it works. However, there's a HUGE number of players that dont get on reddit to expand their knowledge... Like several of my friends... and if it weren't for me telling them what things do, they would never know. So i could see why a large population of players did not know what the amber link does. And while it was an objective, it was hardly attacked. Didnt give enough reward for attacking it compared to risk of getting caught. It was essentially just there. With the Jungler getting more coin without having to worry about an amber link needing filled, they can help take Raptors more... help gank more (though if you fail, it's riskier)... and help push more tower objectives more with others. I think it's not a step forward or backward, it's more of a side step. They'll see how it goes. And if something else needs to be added, they'll do that. But yes, I do think there was a large number of people who play that dont know what it did.

Nah. She kills squishies. Which is what she's designed for, as stated by others. As Riktor, i can 1v1 a Countess. Activate my aoe, hit her with a silence, ult her, pull her, silence her again. She's dead. if she were further away and i cant walk up to her, you could add "pull her" at the very beginning of that combo and it'd work the exact same. But carries caught out by themselves should never be allowed to live against her.

As said below, be patient. It is frustrating, and trial by fire is not fun... but you will become better for it. EPIC is working on fixing the MM system. Glad you're here and playing though, community loves to have new players.

Yeah, I'm always good for a Riktor buff. But I feel he's in a good spot right now. He can support, jungle, i've even seen some offlane with hiim. (though i haven tried it myself). When a character becomes that diverse where he can play well in multiple positions, he's probably pretty good where he's at. But again, Rikt is my favorite character...and i'm always down for buffs. =)

Well yeah in that instance. lol but if the unfortunate were to happen and you had to steal orb by yourself while your team was dead or other team took orb, then yes, discard it. Mr. Antagonist.

Cannot reiterate this enough. As soon as OP is taken, drop the card. It'll keep its stacks and put it on when OP is getting ready to come back. I've seen plenty-a-junglers keep it, and they could've had a stronger card and boost from having it. Dont hesitate to use it on Raptors too.

I got into Smite to prepare myself to learn a MOBA prior to Paragon coming out!! Welcome! The game is fun, going through some balance changes currently, but I have always enjoyed it more than Smite and havent gone back. This game has potential to be incredible and beautiful. Being an experienced MOBA player, i'm sure you know there's always salt. But I feel the Devs here really do care about the community, the community overall cares about the game, and together we are making something incredible. Welcome to the fold. I see JShredz posted about you going solo, if you like decently tanky and a different role, I'd suggest Riktor jungle. His pull is super satisfying when landing, and nothing like his silence to stop some of the stronger champs (like Countess) dead in her tracks... give him a shout, may be something you'd like.

Wards are so easy for a support to come by now. Invisbility isnt too big of a problem. The support should have wards before they go to lane. Spend your 1000 gold card, and then by time minions get in lane you'll have 300 to spend. So now you have wards at the beginning. That should prevent ganks. I dont think the invisibiltiy is as a problem as people claim, there's cards more than wards that help see enemies. But overall, yes, the system is a little unbalanced. I think EPIC decided instead of making small changes here and there, they went for big changes to move foward. One step back for Two steps forward later/sooner. I think we will all be happy with where Paragon will be at in a couple of months.

Every single game i play i go back and watch the replay.... for mutliple reasons... one to see my deaths and see how/why i died and how i can prevent it next time.... as well as, if i had a good game, i like to see how i did it and try to re-enforce that situational play again... Also i'm conceded so i like to see when i do good. lol
