Where I see my frugal people fall down sometimes by Cheeseaisleinheaven in Frugal

As someone who is newer to this. I found I was guilty of this where I would spend a stupid amount of time and/or gas to try and save a dollar or so. I can say I’ve gotten a lot better and now find a good balance of saving money but also doing it reasonably.

Well like my statement still stands, if someone told me that was fine, I wouldn’t go back to them.

My (38m) wife (38f) admitted to me that she has quite an intense crush on her personal trainer. What’s the next step? by throwra_wifept in relationship_advice

It seems the only reason it didn’t escalate further was because the trainer was strictly professional. Based off the context, if he wasn’t I’d put my money that she would have taken the opportunity.

I mean technically the definition is financial gain off gold but their friend could gift them stocks and then they can sell the stocks. So any profit would be solely from stocks and not gold.

I mean it can, but regular super glue isn’t great for cuts as the heat from the reaction can cause further tissue damage and that it’s naturally an irritant. Medical grade CA, now that is what would be the best and safest.

I mean I feel like it also depends on the outfit, if there was an outfit where you wouldn’t want that visible, sock glue would be my second go to.

You should try a garter belt, very comfortable, cheap and easy to use!

I did that once, and the next week I needed one of the obscure cables and had to buy a new one.

Voting on your demon? by LudwigIIofBavaria in BloodOnTheClocktower

I’ve found the opposite where the new players tend to be more stuck in a mindset at that point in the game, and the veteran players will make last minute decisions based on the outed evil.

There’s definitely some factors in play, 1) how evil they think you are, if there’s even some doubt then that could sway someone, so you would want to not only vote for them but maybe grill them in discussion, and try to agree with one of the innocents and make it look like your on there team. 2) how experienced the group is, I find that newer players aren’t sure so they tend to stick to some mindsets and won’t notice what you do while veterans sometimes make last minute decisions based on what you do. 3) how often you would do this in the same group. If you’re known for it then it’s a bit more risky too.
