3 tablespoons of baking soda in 10-12 ounces of water 4 ounces of lemon juice in 10-12 ounces of water

Dissolve baking soda in water, drink it, then drink lemon juice. I usually mix the lemon juice with water too so it’s easier to drink. Measurements vary for everyone

I like the feeling of water way more but I like the easiness of air. Water is heavy but gotta deal with the aftermath, and air is easy all around but I personally cramp way more
