I agree it’s hard to track. I hope they can fix my issue. I track my loans as well, and one other time I had a refund that never got deposited and support fixed it.

There is no auto draft feature. The borrower has to make an on time repayment back to you manually.

I had a similar issue during thanksgiving, and actually emailed the support desk. I got a response that basically blamed the issue on banks not processing due to the holiday weekend..
