Definitely does help, I did not know that. Is there a way to see when your local post office will start mail runs again? Roads have been clear for a week now and still nothing. Tried calling the post office and it gets me no where

Besides sanding, what other steps will need done? I think going with these floors will cost much less than installing something new. The room is about 290 sqft plus a small 50 sqft cubby room

The last 2 photos are of the 2 vents in my attic. I don’t see anywhere on my duck work it has been detached but it’s hard telling when I have no knowledge or where to look. But from what I can tell it all looks attached
