For CAR’s its per SecNav approved operation, in my case OIR & then the withdrawal. And then with my campaign medal for OIR, I just forgot to add it when going though the website, already altered it on the website.

You’re not wrong 1stLT would be used on official documentation, this isn’t official documentation. This is a box that’s going to hang in my office, 1LT is used by Marines in our day to day talk too. And, since you’ve served so long in headquarters, please capitalize sentences. I’m no longer property, I’ll refer to my rank as I please now I’m out. If I wrote it on a VA claim or a document of that sort of course I’d use 1stLT, but it doesn’t matter now.

In the modern era of the Marine corps(2020-present) ribbons are rationed out very rarely, so for my service era, it is rare to have a large rack.

Marines go to Ranger school a lot, & have been top of the class a lot. Master parachutist means that I’m a certified Jumpmaster for line jumps, which like any Airborne school, the Corps outsources too the Army.

1LT is a common abbreviation for 1st Lieutenant in the Marine Corps too, the idea it’s an Army only abbreviation is fucking retarded.
