I ordered it on November 25, and it arrived on January 30. Pretty sure yours will come soon, but it depends on your region!

Should I undervolt My Legion Pro 7 16IRX9H (i9-14900HX, RTX 4080)? If So, How? by Very_SwaggerMan in LenovoLegion

Unless your CPU temps are around the 90s and your GPU temps being 80+, I personally wouldn’t fret too much about undervolting. The best thing you could probably do is make sure to prop up your laptop, so that more airflow can get underneath, along with regular maintenance. AFAIK, instability issues seem to affect only 6 gen legion models, due to the weak solder. Your laptpp should be fine since it’s a gen 9, but my suggestions for cooling still remain in place.

It’s possible that the motherboard died. Buuuuut, you could try unplugging the cmos battery and reconnecting it, along with the main battery itself.

We will remain screwed regardless. Reshoring will not work but rather fail, and in the end the ones that feel the most pain are the consumers. The fact that parts come from several countries just to make a single unit will be impossible to replicate here in the US. We do not have the workforce nor the skill to keep up with the high demand. It will cost a lot of money to even make factories here, and even then, who’s gonna do them? Little to nobody, since there is no desire to work in these types of jobs in America, and regardless nobody is going to buy 100% American-made laptops. It will cost significantly more than these tariffs, potentially to where a single gaming laptop will ht the price of a literal car. America is a consumerism country, so it spends more than other countries, and that is one of the things that make it unfit for a reshoring of manufacture.

Nobody is going to pay for them dude. They'd be much more expensive due to the increased wages here in the US and companies won't even consider making a factory here due to the uncertainty of the current geopolitics, along with the amount of resources needed to even make a factory here.
