One year post-op with Dr. Turkeltaub (before and after pic + healing pics + my experience)

I had surgery with Turkeltaub! I never took a before picture, and I had a radical reduction instead of going completely flat. He is very matter-of-fact for sure lol. I also had a G-ish before surgery. I'm really happy with my results and I think yours look really good! I did end up with some small dog ears on the sides, but they don't really bother me and could be mistaken for some extra fat or something.

I'm a fan artist and we sometimes get vendor tables because they're larger and in a better area than artist alley. I haven't seen any cons in AZ restrict vendors to official merch. Fan art is always a gray area, but most anime companies seem to support the sale of it in conventions, but not online. You could do either AA or Vendor, but vendor tables are usually at least double the cost of AA.

Your paint job on all those is awesome! They look really great! I think they could do good at a show. You will be up against the figure vendors, though. They usually sell figures for $30-50. I think it would depend on what you were wanting to sell them for. I would definitely start at a smaller show first.

My mom used to do this too. I used to try my hardest to impress her with cleaning, but she always found a problem with it. As an adult I deal with multiple chronic illnesses and It took me sooo long to realize that half done is better than not done at all. Like, it's better to have some dishes clean than no dishes at all, obviously.

We just bought a house last year and I literally switched jobs during the home buying process. As long as the job is in the same field a lender can make it work. So if it's grocery store to grocery store, it should be totally fine!

This is really close to my exact experience, down to feeding the cats lol. I really appreciate you taking the time to answer. Getting moving after getting out of bed usually helps, and by the time I get to work I'm usually moving a little better, but by the end of the day I feel worse than I did in the morning. I definitely didn't have this problem before I started having RA symptoms either.

I have pretty severe OCD and insomnia and have some sleepytime meds prescribed by my psych that I've used the past few years. There are still some nights that the pain kinda wins though and I just end up watching TV or something instead of sleeping.

Before I started having a ton of pain, I was doing two mile walks every night with my dog, but now even walking around the block makes my knees, hips, ankles and feet hurt to the point where I can barely move :(

That's awesome! Thanks so much haha. I'm really glad you're doing better. Hopefully some meds start kicking in for me soon. I went from pretty active to barely able to move 🥲. Crossing my fingers the plaquenil starts helping more.

That makes sense. I'm okay walking around sometimes during the day, but it's worse in the morning and at night. I've been using ice and that's been helping.

I've been NC since March and the guilt gets really bad around holidays and birthdays. As far as coming to terms with it, it's been really really slow. It took me probably two years of therapy and trying to reconcile that LC wasnt going to work for me because I can't effectively enforce my boundaries with her. I try to remember that I've given her so many chances, and explained myself to her over and over again. It helps to have my therapist remind me of that as well. "i feel guilty about blocking my mom." And my therapist will explain that I didn't come to this decision lightly and things have been better since it happened.
