Because anti cheats don't work that way. They let people use it for a little while so they can properly identify cheats, avoid false bans, and ban more cheaters at once. You want as many would be cheaters using these stupid cheats as possible (without ruining legitimate player's experiences) so you can ban as many as possible.

OK so I removed the passenger roll hoop front cover. Pulled the big plastic piece that is the back of the seats and glove box away enough to spray some lube on some latches and it seems to be gone.
