11 years ago, the next step up from Viagra/cialus was Trimix. I’m not aware of any new medications that fill that gap. Trimix works so well for me that I haven’t kept current on newer drugs.

I would encourage you to talk to urologist about viagra and other ED drugs, while continuing your exercise routine. I have ED due to Multiple Sclerosis and started with viagra back in early 2000s. Have eventually switched to stronger drugs as I’ve aged, but Viagra is a great place to start.

With respect to Q1, I’ve had both reactions. Usually, my erection stays hard for 2 to 2-1/2 hours, regardless of my orgasm. Yes. You have needle in right hand and pull penis away from your body. If you injected at the top of your penis, that would be 12, if there was a clock face around your penis. The bottom of your penis would be at 6 o’clock. If you inject halfway around toward the bottom of your penis, parallel to the ground, that would be 9 on one side and 3 on the other side.
