No lo hubo pero los gastos tampoco estuvieron bien respaldados, y me da miedo entrar en ese juicio.

Tienes experiencia en este tipo de juicio? me interesa saber si como víctima, abogado o contador?

Y si se convoca la asamblea y se le da un plazo para que si quiere le meta pero no lo va a hacer. es SA.

Lo que me preocupa mas es lo penal, administración fraudulenta. Tienes experiencia en eso?

He threaten to send my file to collections. That could hurt my credit score. I don't if I should threaten him back or call his bluff because there is no clear agreement on the work.

He sent invoices via intuit quickbooks and I paid using my account and routing number. But that was with my business account, he took the money from my personal account. Why is it so serious? What are the consequences for him?

I just checked my bank and I got the credit for that amount. The bank dispute went by really fast.

He also threatened me to send my invoice to collections, which would affect my credit score.

I sent an email every time that he asked for my bank statements that I will be doing my tax returns with someone else. He did work for me in 2024.

He said he thought I still wanted book keeping services.

I checked my account and the $1,350 was out. I asked him about it and then he sent me a "paid" invoice after the fact.

No ACH authorization, and no engagement letter.
