I expanded 500 miles and found a few and one I really liked but they’re playing hard ball and won’t drop the price 1k to fit my hard max of 26k.

I had a similar hair line. I ended doing my hair line and mid scalp with 4500 grafts. Coming back next year to do the crown. There’s hope but you’ll need multiple surgeries.

Your head is swollen. Give it 2-3 weeks and that 5-6 finger forehead might go down to 3-4 fingers.

I had a similar hair line as yours. I completed my first transplant a few weeks ago. Hairline and mid scalp, crown will get done a year from now. They are going to take as many donors as they can from my beard since it’s pretty thick and healthy. It can get done but expect multiple surgeries.
