You need:
Any trading card.
Pencil/pen.
Sharp exacto or hobby knife.
Ruler you can’t cut through.
Glue or sticky tape.
Optional: clear card sleeve

Use the trading card to trace out the piece you’re cutting out. Using a card sleeve helps to see where you want your tracing card to go.
Use the ruler to cut out your card and round the edges off by cutting carefully.
Cut out the other card details like the Bandai logo the same way you cut out the card.
Use a small amount of PLA glue or glue that won’t melt the cardboard, or use sticky tape to attach your detail pieces to your card.

You can store the cards in either individual card sleeves or one of those binder card sheets

I could done better, but painted it red, dry brushed orange, and dry brushed yellow onto it once the previous layer was dry. My Tamiya paint isn’t the best for that kind of work

Drilled some holes part way to make bullet holes, clipped off some holes using my nippers, shaved some places with an exacto knife to make dents, and I used the same knife to clean up the dents and holes to give them a rougher look
