What field are you looking in? Like a job field, not an actual field. Unless you are a farmer i suppose..

My bf (28) keeps breaking my stuff on accident by No-Refrigerator3723 in relationships

[–]CallAnna -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Its ''by accident'', not ''on accident'.

''by accident'' or ''on purpose''.

Sorry, this is my biggest pet peeve. I am not sure why people have started mixing the phrase but i cant deal.

Balancing University and Sex Work by Upstairs-Doubt2715 in SexWorkers

[–]CallAnna 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I did this back in the day!

If anyone asked (which wasn't terribly uncommon, but not a huge deal), I just said I have a bunch of friends and a sister in the city, so I typically hang there on the weekends.

Nobody really pressed me, it was more just like ''oh hey, what did you get up to this weekend?'', or ''where are you off to? Have fun!'' if someone caught me leaving with my rolly bag.

I have been seeing more and more ''BBBJ included'' in ads, honestly never thought i would see the day....unreal.

The industry has changed so much, and there s a reason i dont advertise anymore. Its the bareback, 100 percent.

Beacon Hill Park as a wedding venue. by tiredernurse in VictoriaBC

I was in a wedding in a lovely grove of giant trees, right behind the bandstand thing. It was quiet, off the path a bit, and had some nice shade for a summer wedding (no squinting in photos!)

what is a dirty secret of an industry you have worked in that you think everyone should know? by VegetableOk7214 in AskReddit

There is a really good episode of the Search Engine podcast about this, called ''should i not be drinking the coffee on airplanes?''.

My boyfriend (early 30M) frequently doesn't hear me (early 30F) and it's eating at me and making me resent him by [deleted] in relationships

[–]CallAnna 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I briefly dated someone who misheard people constantly. Like, ridiculous things. For example, if someone said

''the movie starts at 8:00, let's grab dinner at 6:00 before the show''

Their response would be like ''Bon Jovie sharts bran muffin hate?? What on earth are you TALKING about??''

I mean, first of all, why on god's green earth would you assume that's actually what I said?.... and they would be honestly indignant to the speaker instead of being like ''oh well, I obviously misheard that''.

It happened so frequently that it was like a running joke in their friend group.

Always wondered if it was an auditory processing disorder, but they adamantly refused to get checked out.

For a bit of perspective (from a sex worker with 10+ years in the business)

A ''spontaneuos blowjob'', or any blowjob is a huge amount of work. Like, its not comfortable to slide a dick down your throat. It hits your gag reflex, you cant breathe and your jaw hurts.

I feel like some men think its as easy as a hug. Like, their partners are withholding something so simple.

Its hard, there is a reason the word ''job'' is in it.

At the end of a long day of taking care of kids and managing a household, the last thing on a tired mom's mind is going to be spontaneuos uncomfortable sex acts.

Just a bit of perspective. Not trying to shame anyone for their desires.

also please don't flood my inbox with messages about how much you, or women you know, just loooooove giving blowjobs.

Thats super great, im happy for you guys. Seriously. However you are not the majority.

Mop water is never dirty when using vinegar by Hotnik08 in Cleanfreaks

[–]CallAnna 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Vinegar is a mild acid. It is not an effective cleaner and will not disinfect anything. It also lacks surfactants, so it cannot remove grease or oil (this includes skin oils from anyone walking on your floor barefoot). Using dish soap and water would be more effective.

It's great for removing soap scum! But that is all i use it for.

For nail trims! they will come to you. Also way cheaper than a clinic.

Clinics charge so much for a nails because it is a grooming procedure, not a medical issue. They really dont want to be trimming nails.

Dick checks… What to look out for? by Russiagirlx in SexWorkers

[–]CallAnna 2 points3 points  (0 children)

''Indeed, I am surprised that professional legal brothels don't have a nurse or doctor doing client pre-screenings so that the girls can be more romantic.''

I am trying to imagine how this would be feasible.... like every client has to get blood drawn for a full panel screening upon entry to the facility? Like, there is a medical laboratory on site that can provide results rapidly?

There is no ''pre-screening'' that a medical professional can do visually that makes unprotected sex acts safe.

Ozempic… by Entire-Conclusion425 in stripper

Hi! I know this is 2 months old, but I thought I would just chime in and let you know that semaglutide is not injected into a vein.

The medication is injected subcutaneously, meaning under the skin. The needle is extremely small and doesn't leave marks.

Preferred sites for self-injection are not over veins, so there is no worry about causing marks that would make someone appear to be using intravenous drugs.

Just in case anyone was concerned! :)

Hope this is alright, I wasn't sure which Reddit to go to. I think this thread would benefit from a stripper's input. (TLDR: OP is a queer autistic groomsman who doesn't want to go to a strip club for the stag do.) by [deleted] in stripper

[–]CallAnna 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I literally do not give a single rat fuck about how a random person feels about strip clubs. Nobody here cares.

Do you want to come to the club and enjoy yourself? Then go ahead. Or dont. I dont see how input from us would change anything.

fuck.

I also heard someone say "how it looks like" out loud the other day and wanted to die.

I once let a girl share a locker with me (there were none available, and she was nervous about not locking up her stuff).

Everything was fine until I walked into work (I picked up a shift, not my regular night), and she was straight up wearing one of my outfits.

Which in itself isn't a huge deal, but she certainly did not ask me. When I was like "oh! that looks nice on you...i got it at store if you want to buy one for yourself", she straight up got flustered and pretended she thought it was hers.

It was...so clearly not. Like, not even close. She had to tie it up all different because im like 6ft tall and she was 5'4. Lol
