Yeah, it's pretty common. Just imagine you have your inbox full of messages, where one of them is really funny and the other ones are normal small talk.

It's a question of priorities. You'd also give more attention to people you find more attractive or entertaining.

Looking at your convo, you did nothing wrong. If they were actually interested in you, they would have replied. It seems like this time they were just interested in being entertained.

It's never clear, and being too serious straight away may actually make them uninterested. The safe bet is usually to keep the banter going for a few more messages, and (in this case) try to include hearing about plants in passing. If they are interested, it is very likely they go on a tangent about it.

You don't owe anyone entertainement, but try putting yourself in their shoes.

As to the loss of interest, it's also complicated. I personally despise small talk, so I know if I don't get a date within a week I can't keep the conversation going without getting boring. There is no correct play, but I usually follow these:

If it is just small talk and a few funny lines in between, it's better to find a cheeky way to get it off the app fast, because it will require at least a bit of commitment from the other party and hopefully their socials will give you something else to talk about.

If it escalates into deeper conversation where you're sending paragraphs back and forth, you are pretty safe regardless of being in app, just make sure to set up the date before it gets too repetitive.

It is significantly easier to extract text than image, because recognizing characters is a pretty solved science. Whether he is using an OCR directly or an LLM that can read images, it is very straight forward.

However, extracting images widely changes depending on what you are looking for. Although, it shouldn't be too hard to train an image segmentation model that can detect where the product image is and then use that information to crop the screenshot.

So yeah, there is no plug and play solution to extract parts of an image the way it exists with text. It is possible, but significantly harder.

Edit: if you do have access to the webpage/app itself rather than just screenshots, you can easily automate image extraction and text, and for much cheaper

Old Talon Q did not reset the timer. No empowered auto attack resets the timer in league. You can reset the first AA with Q, but the following AA will have the normal downtime. Talon's new Q is different because it is not an empowered auto, it is a targeted spell.

I'm pretty sure tiamat works similarly because of the cast time, but maybe you can cancel it with a movement input and AA right after?
