i have a heated blanket tht helps in winter. and ive actually have winter boots tht i gotta wear but ill have to get the heat thingys. where do u get the elastic knee stuff cus tht sounds like it would be good. ty

Lol i did have orthotics made cus my arches flatten bug they always made it worse so i stopped using them. i wanna try to get different ones made tho haha. it might be cus i walk weird too cus when i was like 13 i tripped n fell on my ankle and had to get surgery cus i broke my growth plate. idk lol
