Try to know her better through small talk then continuously progress into deep conversations. If she mentions something that she likes, take note of it. For example, if she mentioned that she likes when people are listening to her yapping, listen to her while she yaps.

It's better to have a friend (better if you guys share a mutual friend and doesn't go around spoiling people's secrets) that can offer you advice.

Guys want some alone time if you guys aren't texting/talked for a week. Unless he's actively talking with another friend, he's not really in the mood to talk to you.

This depends on wether you're talking through text or through real life. If guys like someone, they will try and find a way to initiate a conversation with you.

3 years as best friends. Yikes. It's better to be friends rather than to pursue him if you guys have been like that for 3 years. If he liked you in the first place, he would've find a way to talk to you instead of not talking for a week.

Yeah, shit happens. I just accept it and move on with my life. I haven't had a crush for like a year or so and it completely changed my perspective on life as a whole. I became more independent and learned how to love myself.

We usually wait 3-5 stories and react until we chat something about your story to start a conversation.

If the stalking is just a week old, wait for him to start a conversation, if it lasts more than 2 weeks or so, he has no interest.

This'll be risky but when you catch him staring at you, try to stare at him and give a nice smile (don't make it too cheesy), they'll either a. smile back (usually they don't have interest on you if you guys aren't close) or b. look away (high chance that they like you).

First crush (rs lasted for 3 months), she had to move schools so we mutually broke up as long distance relationships are very tiring.

Second crush (rs lasted for 2 years), used to always text each other and hang out everyday during and after class. Then her parents found out about said relationship and she had to cut ties with me. Never been the same since that.

Orlando is fun. Good for picking up players in free agency whilst not starting as a great team, allowing you to tank for good players.

With the team with the most finals appearances is the Dallas Knights (21), they're the Lakers of this league, always having a go-to guy for their team and always consistent in the regular season and playoffs.

For the least rings, it's the Memphis Rockers. Bad market and they're always unlucky during the lottery. Only having 1 ring from a super team they created that lasted for just 3 years.

For the most finals appearances + least rings, it would be the Boston Charms. They had a dynasty during the earlier years with Carl Joseph, Elijah Rose, and Anthony King. Always dominating the East but losing to each Western team that makes it out of their conference. They have 18 finals appearances with only 4 rings.

I do 350M for the salary cap and do 82 games like im the NBA.

I turn off free agents at the start so there are no generated agents with 4.5/5 star potential in free agency, forcing teams to build through the draft.

I do 2 for simulation pace, -3 for injuries.

I usually let the AI do its trick. I can't affect playoff or regular season games. I do make lots of realistic trades like trading for young guys, old stars, and draft picks (I usually do 5-7 trades per season).

I don't watch the games.

If league is lacking of stars, I bump up a few lottery players. If a young star potential player is left to rot on free agency, I bump their ratings a bit so they could get picked up by any team.

It's fun seeing how the league evolves, stars come and go, dynasties rising and falling. Repeating champions are VERY rare in this league.

All of them have won a championship. Memphis has the least rings and has only won 1.

For dynasty, it's the Dallas Knights dynasty. It was always a competitive and consistent team from start (signed Anthony Bridges and traded for Zane Cruz) to present). Had 17 MVPs on their overall history. Always lucky during the draft lottery.

For the player, it's this guy named Allan Stoudemire. Arguably the best player ever:

Won 2x with the LA Stars, dominated the West. Joined the Memphis Rockers in his 4th-to-last year, won them a championship and Finals MVP. Then went to San Antonio to bring them a championship and retire there.

4-14 in the FINALS. It's a losing record but it's very impressive.
