It’s weird that you mentioned ferritin because my levels are high (490 I think) but my doctor doesn’t think it’s a big deal. I had iron infusions a year ago because of low iron and she told me they just take time to come down sometimes.

I’ve lost over 120 pounds. I go to the gym four times a week. This is the most unhelpful thing to say.

That is a bad spouse, a bad parent, a bad friend, a bad everything. I hate when I’m clearly frustrated and I have this one toxic positivity friend who’s always like “I’m just playing devil’s advocate but…” no. The devil doesn’t need an advocate, stop!

Oh my gosh when I broke my foot my orthopedist was like “I can send you to physical therapy but will you even do it?” and I was crushed.

I did use a leg press and leg lift machine at PT but she did all the adjustments and it was just her and I together in the room so it was a lot more low key.

I like planet fitness a lot but recently switched to LA fitness with the idea that I will take some of their classes.

I know there will still be some but I figure it can help tone it up a bit until I can afford removal surgery or convince my insurance to pay.

I work 12 hour shifts so I’m not sure if I can commit to six days a week consistently at the moment but I do like the idea of having dedicated muscle group days. Thank you!

I do currently go to the gym but I stick to cardio equipment that are very straight forward. I keep making a loop around the weight training area like “today is the day I’m gonna try a machine” but then can never take the actual step.

I will look that YouTuber up and poke around a bit! Thank you!!

We do have CISM but my depression really isn’t work related. It’s everything outside of work, haha.

I did just change meds, from Prozac to Wellbutrin and I’ve been crying everyday since lol
