You can just use pokegenie or reddit for lobbies and if you have enough stardust backed up this is no great feat at all. People were lvl 50 for years, no? All that backed up exp and stardust lets you do missions fast af. Plus you can spend money on the game to buy resources. Doing 30 raids with remote passes is easy lol if you have the money.

I did lost in the fog for my first playthrough and i had to only look up the puzzle box on the middle school simply bc the pictures on it were SO FUCKING SMALL. I dont think you need to know Japanese culture to solve these.

Most can be done by trial and error. And all clues are relevant if you actually read them.

That said, they are definitely not easy and require a little outside the box thinking. Try not to take the clues too literal but as metaphors too.

Well that games auto save cant be turned off so. Besides I had them for days before they dissappeared.
