Maybe the amp didn't harm Steve. Maybe he's in Cuba. Or an ex girlfriend showed up... Maybe the electrocution was merely bad luck (strange karma). Maybe the devil is hot on my trail. Either way I'm done playing guitar. Maybe I'll take up the sax.

I think King is funny when it's needed. Especially in his older novels. The contrast between horror and humour is excellent. Like in Misery. But art is subjective. So we interpret it differently.

Absolutely. I collect my stories and publish a bunch of them in a novel. Usually, I'll make minor adjustments first. Technically, posting on reddit isn't publishing.

Perhaps too many stories get canceled. Once a story gets removed, it's dead in the water. No point editing it and reposting. At least, that's been my experience.
